Trauma can leave us disconnected from our power, repeating old patterns, or feeling like life is happening “to” us. Sovereignty — the ability to act from self-authority and embodied presence — doesn’t arrive overnight. It’s cultivated. This is why The Doserie’s coaching model isn’t about quick fixes or bypassing hard feelings. It’s about building the muscles of awareness, self-trust, and integration, step by step.

Why I Created the 4-Week Journey

I’ve spent the past decade navigating plant medicines, trauma-informed practices, and entrepreneurship. What I saw over and over was people having profound psychedelic or spiritual experiences but struggling to translate them into daily life. The 4-week coaching journey is my answer to that gap. It’s designed to provide a structured container for microdosing, somatic practices, and intentional reflection so breakthroughs become habits — and habits become sovereignty.

The Structure: Four Weeks, Four Themes

  • Week 1: Grounding & Safety. Establish nervous system regulation, microdosing protocols, and a personal intention map.

  • Week 2: Awareness & Pattern-Breaking. Identify trauma loops, introduce somatic tools, and begin reframing stories.

  • Week 3: Rehearsing Sovereignty. Practice new behaviors, strengthen boundaries, and anchor rituals that reinforce self-authority.

  • Week 4: Integration & Vision. Solidify your new identity, create an ongoing support plan, and map out your next 90 days.

Each week blends one-on-one coaching, curated resources, and journal prompts to create a rhythm of practice and reflection.

The Method: Microdosing Meets Somatics Meets Intention

This isn’t therapy, and it’s not a psychedelic free-for-all. It’s a hybrid coaching model grounded in evidence-informed approaches. We integrate:

  • Microdosing protocols for cognitive flexibility and emotional regulation.
