Immersive Meditation, and Sound Bath Experience at

We’re gathering to down-shift nervous systems and re-tune together. Expect a guided time-travel meditation, an immersive sound bath (bowls, gongs, cello, flute, voice), optional 15–20 minute Reiki/Shaistu sessions, and a bonfire mocktail hour. Bring a mat/blanket, layers, and an open mind.

Nervous System Calibration is a three-hour immersive designed to help you downshift from survival mode into embodied calm. Through sound, breath, touch, and firelight, we’ll restore coherence to the body and spirit before stepping into the new year.

Jennifer Wilsey has been an avid energy alchemy practitioner for over 20 years. She has a fluid spiritual practice which allows for universal connectivity on a daily basis. 

Daily Schedule

Yoga practice teaches through simplicity and repetition -  allowing students to experience not only the physical postures but the internal mechanics of energy, breath, and awareness.
Each practice builds on the previous, creating a continuous current of refinement rather than a sequence of disconnected exercises.

The structure follows traditional Hatha progression:

  • Awareness of Prana (life force)

  • Direction of Bandhas (energetic locks)

  • Awakening of Nadis (energy channels)

  • Cultivation of Stillness through meditation
